Student apartments in downtown Columbus — called Uptown by locals — are available for up to 360 students. The warehouse chic apartments in Broadway Crossing and Columbus Hall represent the latest addition to CSU's RiverPark campus. The loft feel of the Rankin is available for upperclassman.

Housing & Meal Plan Options & Pricing

Residence Life housing options are apartment-style with full kitchens and living rooms. All fees are per person/per semester. The prices include internet/e-mail access, extended cable TV, all utilities, and basic furnishings. A meal plan is required when residing in student housing.

RiverPark Gamers

The RiverPark Gamers (RPG) community is a unique living environment where students with similar interest live together. This community offers a unique setting where academic success and physical interest is supported in the residence hall.

RPG's are expected to:

Meet and maintain a 2.5 GPA
Contribute to a living environment where learning, growing , developing and community flourishes
Participate in and contribute to events planned for your hall and at least 1 RiverPark event a semester.
Meet all requirements necessary to remain enrolled and in good standing at CSU.
Uphold all Residence Life terms and conditions.
