Not all student housing is created equal

Be aware that many off-campus apartments are advertised as "student apartments" although there is no connection to CSU. No off-campus housing option offers the same combination of convenience, security and affordability. RiverPark campus and main campus housing listed here on this site are the only true university-operated apartments in Columbus.

Columbus State University offers four convenient student housing complexes to those students required or choosing to live on Campus.

RiverPark Housing is convenient for students that will be taking classes at the downtown RiverPark campus. RiverPark Housing is available to all majors and classifications. The Art, Music, Theatre, Communications and History Departments are located on the RiverPark Campus. More >>

Living Communities

In additional to the normal population of the student housing complexes, areas inside several living communities have been created within the housing complexes that are dedicated to different student populations.

University Village - Private one bedroom apartments in Courtyard II
Intensive Study - Private bedroom/bathrooms in Courtyard I for upperclassmen.
Global Village - Private bedroom/bathrooms in Courtyard II for those with a shared interest in international affairs and cultures.
Second Year Experience - a learning community in Courtyard II for second year college students.
RiverPark Gamers - The RiverPark Gamers community is a unique living environment where students with similar interest live together. This community offers a unique setting where academic success and physical interest is supported in the residence hall.
